All returned goods* must be returned unused, in original packaging and fit for re-sale as well as be accompanied with a returns form which is downloadable from the website. The costs incurred in sending unwanted items back to Sail_Simply are the responsibility of the customer. We also advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit. All Sail_Simply products* can be returned to us for a refund if they meet the above criteria, within 30 calendar days of receipt.Returned goods are inspected in our Returns Department and refunds are carried out within 14 calendar days. If replacement goods are required, they must be re-ordered from our website.
